FINAL EDIT - If you're here for answers, while nothing here worked for me, that doesn't mean it won't work for you, so I suggest you try everything here if you can. What I ended up doing is giving up on windows 7 and instead installed windows 10.

Firstly, I've done a lot of googling and searching reddit, and no one seems to have the exact same problem as me when getting this error.
I recently built a new computer for my brother, and when trying to install win7 from a bootable usb drive, I get the error 'No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK' and then what follows is the error 'A required CD/DVD drive device is missing. if you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step.'
New Devices Found
Specifically, I boot up the computer from the USB, it gets to the 'Install Now' screen, and when I press that it goes to a 'Setup is starting' loading screen, and finally the error pops up. Here's a video someone made showing exactly what happens: https://youtu.be/m9oMz5rMkD8?t=24s
No Device Drivers Were Found Windows Server 2012 R2
I've seen people say that the ISO could be corrupted, but I know that isn't the case because when I boot the same USB on my computer, I don't get the error, everything goes smoothly. I've also seen people say that it was because they had the USB in a 3.0 port, but I assure you I have it in a 2.0 port. I've even tried multiple 2.0 ports and a 3.0 port just in case. As far as the actual flash drive goes, I've checked and it is definitely a 2.0 flash drive.

The USB boots up and loads the Windows setup perfectly until I agree to the TOA and select custom. It then gives me the message, 'No device drivers were found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK.' I have gone through the entire ISO and none of the folders are accepted.

My brother's motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 and my motherboard that the ISO did work on is an Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+.
EDIT - I've taken a look at the available drivers for my brother's motherboard and this particular one jumps out at me:
'Intel SATA Preinstall driver (For AHCI / RAID Mode) Note: Windows setup to read from USB thumb drive.'
Does anyone know if this is relevant to my situation? If yes, how do I provide this driver for the installation? Do I have to put it on a second flash drive and access that within the install? Or do I edit the bootable USB and inject the driver in there?

So earlier I made this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/3ga0f7/noob_how_to_install_windows_on_usb_stick/ where I was having troubles getting the PC to recognize my USB stick and start the installation.
I fixed that, but now I'm facing a new problem. When I click on 'install windows' i get to the page where I'm supposed to select the driver to install but it there is nothing to select and it says 'No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK.' Help?
